SOV33 is a sovereign substrate with small own-weights built on a frozen open base (Qwen3-0.6B + QLoRA adapters). It is NOT a 1.6T-parameter frontier model. The accuracy of this document is the entire point: we do not claim what we have not built.

SOV33 current benchmark numbers are from LIVE Ollama API calls (2026-07-14, benchmark-results/benchmark_20260714_113756.json). The qwen3-precise:latest adapter achieves the highest composite at 55.6%. See §12 live results for the full leaderboard.
DEFONEOS SOV33 runs the same benchmark suite used to grade frontier models. All 12 are open-source, runnable on a single H100 or A100, and produce a capability grade per task.

SOV33 improves continuously via 5 named sources. Each source is monitored, weighted, and integrated via the BFT council.

The SOV3 v2 adapter training pipeline (tick 108) still runs on M4 — it produces 4 sovereign adapters for OFFLINE / AIR-GAP / DEPLOYMENT contexts where OpenRouter isn't available. But the public sovereign voice now uses PATH 1 (frontier via OpenRouter with care-gate + SIGIL). SOV3 v2 adapters remain the right choice for Sovereign-Air-Gap tier buyers (defence / air-gapped deployments).
